Arltunga Jail.

This one is the old Jail house at the original Arltunga gold mining site around 120 kms east of Alice Springs.

Pete, you’ve excelled yourself, a great B+W nice and dramatic yet so simple.

I knew I recognised this – Arltunga NT Central Australia’s first offical town was at one time larger than Alice Springs. Although, at its peak, it boasted only 300 residents. This old gold-rush settlement is now a historical reserve.(Australian Geographic Magazine Jan Mar 2010). Lucky Max not with you or he would be still there. Your shot better than the published one.
